MaxLite Adds Line of LED Sign Lighting Solutions

　　MaxLite, a leading provider of energy-efficient lighting solutions, announced the launch of AlphaMax Channel Letter Modules and Double-Sided T8 Lamps as part of a new category of long-lasting, high-quality LED products for sign lighting applications.

　　The AlphaMax Series is available in a full range of two-, three- and four-LED modules designed for new construction or retrofit of channel letters, box signs and displays. Available in red or 6500K white color temperatures, as well as an array of wattages and wire lengths, AlphaMax modules can be customized to meet virtually any customer specification. The modules are designed with a high-performance optical lens that distributes light in a true 160-degree batwing pattern for outstanding uniformity and brightness that fills the entire letter or sign. The modules are easy to install with industrial-grade mounting tape and pre-drilled fastener holes. An ultrasonically welded IP68-rated body ensures the light source is protected from contact with water and harmful dust in outdoor applications. AlphaMax modules operate on 12V DC and feature a long, maintenance-free life of 50,000 hours at L70 standards.

　　Featuring high quality, energy-saving LED modules on two sides, the MaxLite Double-Sided T8 Lamp is ideal for lighting marquees, roadway signs and many other types of outdoor and indoor displays. An easy retrofit for T12 HO fluorescent tubes with R17d bases, MaxLite LED T8 lamps reduce energy usage by nearly 60 percent and have a much longer, maintenance-free life of 50,000 hours than incumbent lamps. Unlike standard LED lamps with 120- to 180-degree beam angles, the Double-Sided MaxLite T8 Lamp offers a virtual 360-degree distribution with individual optics that create bright and uniform illumination without dark spots. Delivering market-leading efficacy of 130 lumens per watt, the lamp is available in 6500K to provide the best color quality and visual impact; additional color temperatures are available on custom order. The Double-Sided T8 Lamp is offered in 4’, 5’, 6’ and 8’ lengths.
