Shiji acquires StayNTouch

The Shiji Group has acquired StayNTouch. The addition of StayNTouch’s cloud-based hotel management tools to Shiji’s hotel technology stack will enable both sets of customers to seamlessly integrate across multiple hotel and travel technology systems, the company said.
 
 Continuing the strategy of innovation through development or acquisitions and integrations, Shiji sees StayNTouch as an important part of making hotel management technology mobile. Scalable from small hotels, to more than 1,000-room hotels, StayNTouch has hotel-management solutions for complete or partial mobile hotel property management. 

StayNTouch’s modular design of the system makes it usable for hotels that already have an on-premises PMS or hotels that want to shift to future-proof, cloud-based systems.
