Swiss International Hotels & Resorts has entered into a management agreement with H&L Residency for a Swiss Spirit Hotel & Suites in Bahadurgarh City, India, just over a mile away from Delhi. The 88-room hotel, currently under construction, is scheduled to open in December 2020.
The hotel will be the hospitality facility at the multipurpose HL City’s Avenue 37 commercial complex, which covers more than three acres of land. The commercial complex will include numerous shopping venues, offices and work spaces, a food court and entertainment facilities.
Complementing these, the hotel will have a Swiss Restaurant & Lounge, a Swiss Café - Leafs & Beans, the Ted&Co. Bar and Lounge and the Eventives Meetings & Events venues for up to 300 people.
