Mogul Capital went the modular-construction route with its dual-branded Courtyard by Marriott/TownePlace Suites Los Angeles/LAX project in Hawthorne, California, because of the time-to-market factor of the process, Brad Wagstaff, owner and managing partner at Mogul, said during a breakout session at the New Hotel Construction & Development (West) Conference in October.
