Imperial Dade has acquired Randik Paper Co.

Imperial Dade’s purchase of the Modesto, California-based Randik expands the company’s geographical footprint and client portfolio in Northern California. Western Paper is the 39th acquisition for the company under its current leadership of Robert and Jason Tillis, Imperial Dade CEO and president, respectively. Financial details of the private transaction were not announced.
